After the succes of the first edition of Ventura Centrale, Ventura Projects will yet again open the beautiful abandoned warehouses underneath Milan’s Central Station in 2018. Besides, Ventura Projects has found a new destination: Ventura Future! The project will take place in three locations in the Loreto district: the Loft, a beautiful Milanese gallery space, FuturDome, a former meeting place of the Futurist movement and a former pharmacy faculty of Viale Abruzzi.

This post will highlight some other Wonderful Works of designers taking part at the Salone del Mobile in and around the heart of design: Milano. Up next: The Ventura Venues.

Once again shows what he can do, with the Masterly Hotel this year: a hospitable concept in the historical halls of Palazzo Francesco Turati. New designs for, among others, JEE-O, Leolux and Moroso set the mood and a new design for Moooi carpets completes it.

Maarten Baas

will surprise you with a new rug for Nodus. Maarten Baas also known for its burned and clay furniture series. Design that makes you laugh at first, but also gives you a pause for thought.

FORMAFANTASMA X BITOSSI

A perfect match. Both FormaFantasma and the leading Italian brand Bitossi made a name for themselves in ceramics. Since 1921, Bitossi produces traditionally from Toscana and now works with the Dutch-Italian duo. 

TRULY TRULY

The originally Australian designers of studio Truly Truly (Joel and Kate Booy) present new prototypes and variants of existing creations under the title Investigations & Reflections.

A new initiative by Anne van der Zwaag, on show at OBJECT Rotterdam, furnished by Space Encounters with the help of project furnisher Lensvelt. Bar Anne, a creative place to take a break. Also open at night!
